Still surgery by a single port has limitations in certain types of interventions. The technology we currently have worldwide does not allow us to use laparoscopy by a single port in hiatus, colon or stomach surgery due to laparoscopy. The mini -stands are an intermediate step because although they use several entry ports, the size of the incisions is less than half of the wounds caused by traditional laparoscopy.

The incisions are very tiny and practically do not hurt. Most of them do not need to close them with points. The mini -construction are an intermediate step until they reach the ideal that is to perform all the interventions through a single port.
