Mammary oncoplastic surgery offers from the reconstruction of the sick breast, to the symmetrization of the contralateral breast:

If the patient needs to be mastectomized ... we place a submuscular tissue expander. An empty prosthesis connected to a valve that, once the oncological treatment is finished, will allow by injection of physiological serum in several sessions, produce the necessary volume to in a second half, replace said expander with a definitive prosthesis.

If the patient requires radiotherapy ... we use abdominal straight muscle or large dorsal muscle of the patient to cover the amputated area.

Oncoplastica adapts to each pacular and their personal case. If the patient requires the removal of a single fragment of the breast. We take advantage of the remaining gland, covering the removed area with flaps of the breast itself.
